Stopline is an independent and confidential reporting line that team members, suppliers, contractors and other 3rd parties can use to report instances of:

  • Dishonest, fraudulent or corrupt activity
  • Illegal activity (such as theft, fraud, drug sale or use, violence, harassment or intimidation, criminal damage to property, breach of competition and consumer law)
  • Sexual harassment, sex discrimination, harassment because of a person’s sex or other sex-based misconduct
  • Conduct that is unethical or would constitute a serious breach of Coles policy
  • Conduct potentially damaging to Coles, a team member or a third party, such as unsafe work practices, environmental damage, or health risks
  • Financial loss to Coles or damage its reputation or be otherwise detrimental to Coles interests
  • Any other kind of serious misconduct or an improper state of affairs or circumstances
